Today was all about mess and silliness; the best kind of creativity. We had loads of opportunities for expressive play, and the centre was filled with smiles, laughter, and a whole lot of inclusion.

Here’s a little sneak peek… KO-NEKT Cooks have been busy putting their skills to work as they create their very own cookbook - launching just in time for Christmas. We can’t wait to share what they’ve been making!

One of our service users created their very own picky board, choosing their favourite fruits, cheeses, dips, meats, and veggies. They then went on to make their own sandwich using the ingredients they selected.

Activities like this help build confidence, decision-making skills, and independence… and they’re lots of fun too! 🌟

🌟 We’re Hiring: Group Lead for Youth Activities in Ardrossan 🌟

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and teens? We’re looking for an experienced, compassionate, and energetic Group Lead to join our team!

🕒 Hours:
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Plus extra hours during school holidays when the centre runs daytime sessions.

👥 About the Role:
You’ll lead dynamic group sessions for children and young people, many of whom face behavioural challenges. This role is hands-on, rewarding, and vital to our mission of creating safe, inclusive spaces where young people can thrive.

✅ We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident leading group activities
- Experienced with children and teens with behavioural needs
- Comfortable providing personal care
- Flexible and willing to work additional hours during holidays
