There was energy in the room today! I could feel that this time of year and the sun this week has given people a lift and a renewed energy ✨️ it was wonderful to witness and invite you to welcome in abundance to your lives in whatever form that appears 🧡

A blessed day in Glastonbury yesterday 🌱☀️🌱 walking the Tor, anointing in the waters of the White Spring, eating delicious food at (my fave!) and wandering the beautiful shops 🙏🧡 all under the bright sunshine ☀️

What a way to see in and celebrate the Spring Equinox 🥰

1 ripe banana
150ml nut milk
100g gluten free flour
20g ground almonds
1/2 tsp baking powder
Tiny bit of coconut oil for cooking ✨️

Did you know you can book a private gong bath for you and your friends / family / colleagues ✨️

I've hosted gong baths at birthday parties, work conferences, weddings, and team wellbeing days..... this practise is really accessible and doesn't need any experience of yoga or meditation 🧡 all you need to do is lay down and allow the sound waves to move through you 🙏
