The energy of these beautiful Sunflowers joined us at the Gong Bath this evening as we tuned into our heart chakra and used the sun to charge our hearts with light and love 🧡✨️

What a beautiful night we had in the woods with Adam from ✨️🌙🧡 and some of the incredible gongs he has in his collection.

The way the gongs sang out with the birds tweeting in the trees overhead....laying on the earth... gosh it was just what I needed!! Thank you dear gong brother 🙏🙏🙏

Oh what a beautiful day we had for the Summer Solstice Women's Retreat Day on Saturday 💛

The sun shone so bright over the beautiful land, there was delicious food created by Anna, grounding and connecting Yoga guided by Emma, and Sound Healing & Meditation with me 🙏☀️

Oh and the outdoor pool 👌 was so divine our group of ladies went for a dip twice!

My cup is still feeling so full, I feel very blessed to share these experiences ✨️
