For the attention of our patients currently on HRT

The process for your HRT annual reviews has now changed.

If you are due your HRT annual review and you are happy with your current HRT, you will now be sent a secure link with a form to complete, this will then be reviewed by the nursing team.

If you have any issues with your current HRT or your symptoms are not well managed then you can still request to be seen face to face for a review.

This will hopefully avoid unnecessary appointments for our patients who are happy to continue current treatment.
