SMASH Care Community are back over at Greenmoss Medical Centre on Tuesday 29th July 2025

This week representation from Ableworld will be on hand to offer information, advice and support to Scholar Green, Mow Cop and the surrounding area.

The Living Well Bus 🚌 will be over at Radway Social Club, Longview Avenue, Alsager, ST7 2EA on Wednesday 30th July from 10:30am until 4pm.

Everyone is welcome to come along and there is no need to book.

The Live Well Team will be offering the MMR vaccine to anyone who has yet to receive their first vaccine or the booster.

Our SMASH Care Community will be back at Ashfields Medical Centre, Sandbach tomorrow, Thursday 24th July

Representation from CWP Involvement Recovery and Wellness Centre and Home Instead South Cheshire will be on hand in the reception from 10am until 12pm and 2pm until 4pm offering information, support and advice to the community in Sandbach and the surrounding area.

Everyone is welcome, no need to book, just turn up!😀

Are you a smoker, looking for support to be smoke free? Why not try the Swap to Stop scheme with us?

Introduced by the Government in April 2023, Swap to Stop encourages adult smokers to switch from smoking to***co products to va**ng as a transitionary step to quitting smoking.

The aim of this scheme is to reduce smoking rates and promote better health outcomes for smokers. Va**ng is considered a less harmful choice than smoking, and a tool that can be used short term to help existing smokers stop to***co use.

Eligibility criteria applies.
