Winter is here! It is so important to take extra care in these wintery conditions.

✅️Dress with appropriate winter clothing, making sure you have supportive and grippy footwear.
❌️Dont rush and risk a slip and fall injury
✅️Take extra care on stairs, ramps, entrances and exits
❌️Dont walk around looking at your phone - focus on your surroundings especially as fallen leaves can get very slippy

If the worst happens, remember we are just a phone call away. Our team are ready to help get you back on your feet.

The clinic will be closing for 2 weeks over the holiday period.

Our last working day is Thursday 19th Dec. We will be back open Monday 6th Jan 2025 with the usual hours.
