So I have recently become a Cambridge 1:1 diet consultant . Personally I have tried every diet going and this is the only one that works for me so I’m very passionate about it . I’m still on my own personal journey myself to reach my goal but I would greatly like to help and inspire others . I have already lost a stone on this diet since January and I have had rest days 💕. I would appreciate as many people as possible liking and sharing my page to spread the word .
