Presenting my latest artwork collection: •S A N K A L P A• The word “Kanoa” means “The Free One”. There is no better place to exhibit Sankalpa, at beautiful Kanoa Living , Knutsford, between hand picked crystals, handmade jewellery, botanical apothecary, among culture & creativity. The word “sankalpa” (Sanskrit, the language of yoga) is composed of two words: “san” means “to become one”, while “kalpa” means “time and subconscious mind”. Sankalpa is the intention of the heart’s deepest desires. The Sankalpa collection was born after falling in love with the concept of soft sculpture and yoga. The collection explores the power of the subconscious and transformation, presenting various hybrid sculptures with much more than meets the eye, along with the themes of compassion and freedom. I’m inspired by the cosmos, dreams, and nature. I’m passionate about expressing a journey through textiles, clay, colour, poetry, sound healing & yoga. 🎶✨ Find your Bliss: Sound and Meditation Experience✨🎶 - Tuesday the 26th of March, from 7 - 9.30pm at The House of White, Holmes Chapel.

Join me for a journey through sound and meditation to reconnect with your inner joy and peace.

Many of us struggle to find time to rest, relax and nurture ourselves with the hustle, bustle and stress of our everyday responsibilities. We’re often at the bottom of the pile of priorities, when really - we should be at the top, so we’re ready to embrace life filled with joy and happiness.

The Access Your Inner Joy Sound & Meditation evening will explore the deeply relaxing power of sound therapy, meditation and mindfulness. You’ll experience the restorative vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and other melodic instruments to bring you into a deep state of calm and joy enhanced with our meditation for the evening.

Everybody is welcome to the evening, whether you’re a curious beginner to the world of meditation or a seasoned practitioner - come ready to experience serenity, a revived connection with yourself, calm and peace.

Pass by the Holmes Chapel Christmas Market if you want to discover fantastical Christmas decorations, inspired from magical beings. These soft sculptures can be placed in your Christmas tree, on a wall, or from anywhere that needs a little magical touch. If you want your own moon, or perhaps a mermaid, come and be surprised.

A few small paintings will be available too.

Yes, this is Yoga. Restorative Yoga. I always like to finish my yoga classes with a few restorative poses. They are called restorative for a reason. Restorative Yoga is the practice of postures, each held for longer than in conventional yoga, often with the support of props like folded blankets, bolsters, and blocks. I love this picture because I’m giggling with joy as I restore; and all the legs around me are from the sweetest yoga teachers I know (the ones with whom I graduated of course❤️‍🔥).
