What is hypnotherapy… really?

I stood next to a lady in the bathroom the other day, washing my hands, when I noticed her beautiful hair. Something in me felt compelled to tell her, so I complimented how striking it looked and how well it suited her. She turned to me and said, “You don’t know how much that comment means to me, I lost all my hair recently due to ill health, and it’s just growing back.” I simply smiled and replied that she should keep it exactly like that because she looked incredible.

This has sat with me for days….In that moment, I was reminded how powerful even the smallest act of kindness can be. What felt like a simple compliment became something deeply meaningful, proving that we never truly know what someone is going through. It’s a gentle but important reminder to always choose kindness, because your words, however small they seem, might be exactly what someone needs to feel seen, valued, and strong again.
