We aim to make every appointment deliver a level of precision and attention that goes far beyond the expected.

Using a detailed understanding of functional anatomy in combination with the osteopathic principle of treating the body as an integrated whole and the strategic use of exercise therapy to create lasting, measurable change.

In a calm, considered clinical space, I use hands on osteopathic techniques to help reduce pain, restore movement, and regulate the nervous system.

When needed, we transition seamlessly into a private gym setting where targeted exercise is introduced with the same level of detail and intent, carefully selected interventions based on how your body moves and adapts.

The result is a standard of care that doesn’t just aim for short-term relief, but long-term resilience, performance and a more complete approach to recovery.

Really sad that won’t be with us as regular moving forwards. She’s become a big personality and inspiration to many in the group over the past 3 years.

However, what I do love is how much her confidence has grown in that time. To watch her grow, her personality come through and make the progress she has over this period has been the most amazing transformation. One of her goals on joining was to overcome an anxiety she had when it came to the gym. During this time she’s lost around 10kg forever and her strength and performance is way above average!

She came to the gym a shy, quiet girl but now is confident enough to take to the gym herself and I’m so proud of how well she has done both in and out of the gym.

Supported immensely by her other half , we all wish you the best and keep your promise to be at our party’s 🥳😅.

Here it is, Sunday 24th May. The first Compete Hybrid Games to be held down at FitNS Club.

Same s*x pairs with flags to take home for the winners, 2nd place and 3rd place.

There’s something special about enduring this suffering with a partner and finding out just how much you can push your limits together.

Plenty of time to practice from now until May!!

This client would prefer to remain anonymous however he’s allowed me to share his journey of our work together so far.

We began working together 9 months ago after the initial reach out. It was a stressful time due to an ongoing divorce plus he felt he’d let himself go a little as he was someone who used to enjoy the gym and exercise regularly. His nutrition had suffered a long with longstanding poor sleep and increased anxiety.

The usual routine of onboarding a new 1-1 client. Case history taking, physical assessment, goal setting and we began on a journey towards better health with some physique and gym based goals to aim at to begin with.

Weekly check in’s provided the necessary data and information to ensure progress was made as easy as possible.

However, not everything improved.

Set backs due to cold’s, fevers and feelings of fatigue. Adequate energy intake for daily needs. Performance had took a little dive. We needed to dig deeper!

We reassessed again but did some further physical examination. Heart palpitations had increased (put down to ⬆️ anxiety), BP although not terrible had slowly climbed, noticeable reduce in ability to work at higher intensities (feeling short of breath). I recommended a GP visit and some blood tests were done.

The Blood tests have unearthed some clarity, this client was anaemic. Dr prescribed iron medication (3 months) with a blood (re)test planned.

What did we do:
Reduced Stress, this was initially in the amount of exercise being reduced and we doubled down on low intensity activity (dog walks).

Addressed nutrition deeper:
Nutrient Uptake, focus of improving digestion. B12 absorption (stomach acid is key). Meal planning to include Red Meat, Liver, Turkey (heme iron, most easily absorbed) backed up by plant sources such as greens, oats and beans (non heme). We added a source of vitamin C around meals as this boosts absorption. Reduced caffeine intake and no caffeine 1 hour pre eating. No deficit, ate at maintenance with adequate carbohydrates (reduced stress).

One thing I love about Personal Training is the actual personal journey of each client.

We often focus on weight only as an outcome but when the journey becomes meaningful to a better quality of life that’s the big win!!

first came to me wanting to take better control of her health and lose weight in time for her 50th birthday and beyond. She’s now 25kg lighter, stronger than ever whilst managing her Graves Disease diagnosis day to day.

Big shout out to who has supported Gayle throughout and gone on his own journey dropping 15kg whilst enjoying participating in some recent fitness events such as deadly dozen & Hyrox.
