I teach yoga for beginners in Sandbach on a Tuesday evening and a Thursday morning. Classes are small, informal, accessible and friendly. My classes include postures, breathwork, meditation and relaxation with yoga philosophy weaved throughout. Classes are also suitable for intermediate yogis.
I've been teaching for 10 years and have well over 1000 hours of training behind me with hopefully many more to come π.

Yoga is a fabulous way to get your body moving. π§ββοΈ It builds strength and maintains mobility. It isn't about gymnastic poses and wrapping your body into impossible positions. Its about helping your body to move in the ways nature neant it to move. And so much more too....A regular yoga practice will help you feel good both physically and mentally.π§ββοΈ

Just home from a beautiful weekend retreat in Snowdonia with the most lovely group of ladies.
