Back from another wonderful Practice the Pause yoga and meditation retreat at Trigonos.
Breathing, being, laughing, practising, being, eating, crying, swimming, being, being, being.

The location, food, and care from the staff was fabulous as always.

And this group of women! They just leave me in awe! Thank you to each and every one of you for your support, love, enthusiasm, laughter, and your willingness to be open to new experiences, too 😊

I teach yoga for beginners in Sandbach on a Tuesday evening and a Thursday morning. Classes are small, informal, accessible and friendly. My classes include postures, breathwork, meditation and relaxation with yoga philosophy weaved throughout. Classes are also suitable for intermediate yogis.

I've been teaching for 10 years and have well over 1000 hours of training behind me with hopefully many more to come 😊.
