Wondering what a Body Stress Release session looks like?
Your session begins with a conversation about your body — including past injuries, accidents, stress, or medical procedures that may still be affecting you today.
You will then lie fully clothed on a Body Stress Release bed while your practitioner gently assesses your body using light pressure and subtle impulses.
These precise movements help identify areas of stored tension and encourage the nervous system to release stress.
After the session, your practitioner will explain what was found and guide you on the next steps to support your body’s healing process.
