Whatever brings you to counselling, I will help you work towards greater self awareness, self expression, well-being or recovery. You are your own best expert and given the right conditions and time, you can become more resourceful and content with being you. As well as all aspects of personal growth, mental health and wellbeing; I offer counselling and psychotherapy for people experiencing problems with alcohol, drugs or gambling. I offer personal counselling for trainee counsellors and psychotherapists who are looking to fulfill course requirements for qualification.
