Watching this transformation take shape is exactly why we believe so deeply in a bespoke, medically led skin journey. This patient is only halfway through their regenerative treatment plan with us, and the improvement in their acne scarring already speaks volumes.
Through a tailored combination of Obagi skincare, professional peels, and needling, we’ve been able to start rebuilding healthier, stronger skin in a way that is right for them. No rushed fixes. No one size fits all approach. Just a strict, consistent skin plan designed around what their skin truly needs.
These results are a reminder that real skin change takes time, trust, and the right guidance. And this is only the beginning. I cannot wait to show you how their journey continues 🤍

Microneedling or fractional laser resurfacing?
Both can improve skin texture, acne scarring, pores and overall skin quality, but they work in different ways and suit different skin goals.
Microneedling is often a great option if you want to stimulate collagen with minimal downtime and a steady, progressive improvement in your skin.
Fractional laser resurfacing works more intensively, helping to resurface the skin and target deeper textural concerns, sun damage and scarring with a more corrective approach.
At KAST Medical Aesthetics, this is never about which treatment is “better”. It is about which treatment is right for your skin, your concerns and your lifestyle.
That is why we always take a consultation led approach to build the right plan for you 🤍

What an evening. What a moment to pause and truly reflect. 🤍
To see my amazing team and baby KAST be Highly Commended for Best Team, and to then win Best Aesthetic Nurse of the Year, felt incredibly emotional. Moments like this remind me just how far we’ve come, how much heart has gone into building KAST, and how lucky I am to be surrounded by such a dedicated, passionate team.
But I also want to say a huge congratulations to everyone who applied, entered, and made it through to the finals. It is no small thing. It is not easy to put yourself forward, never mind be recognised at that level, and every single person and team should feel incredibly proud. ✨
I also want to acknowledge the kindness that has been shown to me in the phone calls, the DMs, the messages, and in the people who held me up along the way. That kindness has meant more than I could ever properly put into words, and it will never be forgotten.
KAST has always meant so much more to me than just a clinic. It is a reflection of hard work, care, high standards, and the people who make it what it is every single day.
I’m so proud. So grateful. And so humbled to share this moment with the team who stand beside me and our wonderful patients who continue to trust us.

I know my Instagram feed is filled with filtered imagery.
Photoshopped skin.
Glass-skin trends and lighting that makes everything look perfectly smooth.
When you see that every day, it’s easy to forget what real skin actually looks like. It’s easy to start being critical of your own reflection, picking apart the pores, the texture, the lines that are completely normal.
But real skin isn’t flawless. It has character. It changes with life, stress, hormones, and time.
This post is simply a reminder that skin is human. And the standards we often hold ourselves to online aren’t always real.
Your skin doesn’t need to be perfect to be beautiful. Sometimes we just need to be a little kinder to the person looking back at us in the mirror. 🤍

Acne scars still there even though the spots are gone?
You’re not alone. Acne may fade, but the scars it leaves behind can stay for years and affect how confident you feel in your skin.
At KAST Medical Aesthetics, we use iPixel laser resurfacing to help improve the appearance of acne scarring by stimulating collagen and encouraging smoother, healthier skin over time.
If acne scars are something you’ve been thinking about treating, we’re here to help you understand your options.

Expectations of owning a Aesthetic medicine clinic vs reality 😂
05/03/2026
She said,
“It was only 15 minutes… it’ll be fine.”
One quick sunbed before a night out.
One small decision that felt harmless at the time.
But skin remembers. And sometimes the consequences don’t show up until much later.
experience is a powerful reminder that those “just this once” moments can carry far more weight than we realise.
We’ll be sharing her story in more detail very soon.
If you’re ever concerned about a mole or change in your skin, our Dermatologist Alison also offers mole and skin cancer screening at the clinic.
Because awareness isn’t about fear.
It’s about making informed choices 🤍

A proper aesthetic consultation is not a formality.
It is the foundation of safe, effective treatment.
Medical history. Skin assessment. Risk discussion. Realistic expectations. A personalised long-term plan.
Anything less isn’t consultation-led medicine.

Not all redness needs covering. Some of it needs treating.
This is the Alma Harmony VascuPen, designed to target visible thread veins and broken capillaries with precision. It delivers controlled energy directly to the vessel, helping the body reabsorb it naturally over time.
Quick. Focused. Minimal downtime.
If redness is something you’re constantly trying to conceal, it might be time to treat it properly.

We understand that you are faced with a vast of amount of choice when looking for an injectable treatment practitioner.
That is why it’s more important than ever to ensure your procedure is done by a competent and trained practitioner with knowledge of facial anatomy, product and complications.
Receiving a treatment from a practitioner with a medical background means that you have access to a reservoir of knowledge before, during and after your treatment.
When undergoing a cosmetic injectable procedure, it is vital that you receive a full ‘chain of care’ which includes a thorough consultation to discuss desires and expectations and a full aftercare follow up to assess and discuss the outcomes of the treatment. This not only ensures your wellbeing but allows you to work with the provider to ensure the best outcome is achieved.
A trained medical professional has experience in injecting, facial anatomy and the vital nerves and muscle underneath the skin. A medical professional has an intuitive expertise in interpreting any physiological changes that a patient may have during procedures and can diagnose any potential complications that may occur with such a treatment.
