Change takes time: Many of us hear this and hesitate to make changes because we have tried before & failed + because it sounds like a lot of effort. But something a coach once said to me β€œWhat you don’t track your body will track” so it goes both ways. If you feel like your body is not going the right direction you want it to… what do you think it will be like in 5-10 years? It’s not too late to change.

In my experience as a personal trainer for the last 17 years there are five simple targets you need to aim for and consistently improve on to achieve great results when it comes to body transformation. My goal as a personal trainer is never to put someone in a restrictive diet that causes them to yo-yo their weight over time. My goal is to get you in the best shape possible and then maintain that at a reasonable level while still having a life. Then whenever you want to look at that little bit better again, you can just improve your targets again and you will see even better results. Anybody, who does not understand this thinks of it as β€œobsessive” to track your activity level but do you think an Olympic athlete is obsessive? No, but you see them winning gold medals? Being the best possible version of themselves. To be in the best shape possible we must apply certain elements, like an athlete. Good nutrition, good sleep, working out, consistency & reducing stress all at the same time. Whatever your weakest target is the one you need to work on the most. It’s really that simple!
