Did you know your shower could double as a spa?
๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿšฟโœจ Just hang a bunch of fresh eucalyptus from your showerhead, crank up the hot water, and let the steam work its magicโ€ฆ

Hereโ€™s what happens:
๐Ÿ’จ The steam activates the eucalyptus oils, filling the air with healing vapours.
These gorgeous green leaves release natural plant compounds like eucalyptol, which can help with:

๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ Decongestion
๐ŸŒฟ Headaches
๐Ÿ”ฅ Inflammation
๐Ÿง˜ Stress relief
๐Ÿ’ช Muscle tension

Aromatherapy is one of the oldest forms of self-care in the world.
From ancient temples to sacred baths, herbal steam rituals have been used for centuries to calm the body, clear the mind, and uplift the spirit.
This is plant medicine the way itโ€™s meant to be โ€” simple, soothing, and straight from nature.

So next time you showerโ€ฆ
Skip the chemicals. Embrace the leaves.
๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒง๏ธ Let the steam rise and your tension melt away.

Because you deserve rituals that feel as good as they are ancient.

A reminder that locally native wildflowers and dandelions are a key source of early nectar to pollinators. Far from a pesky w**d that we are led to believe! Please consider leaving a few plants to flower if you are mowing ๐ŸŒผ๐Ÿ

Dandelion (genus Taraxacum) are flowering plants in the family Asteraceae, which consists of species commonly known as dandelions native to Eurasia and North America, but the two commonplace species in the wider world, T. officinale and T. erythrospermum, were also introduced from Europe and now propagate as wildflowers in those regions. Both species are edible in their entirety. The common name dandelion comes from French โ€œdent-de-lionโ€, meaning โ€œlionโ€™s toothโ€. Like other members of the family Asteraceae, they have very small flowers collected together into a composite flower head. Each single flower in a head is called a floret. In part due to their abundance along with being a generalist species, dandelions are one of the most vital early spring nectar sources for a wide host of pollinators that themselves are critical to pollination of later flowering plants. Although they are appearing earlier, May-June is a peak blooming time critical for pollinators.
