Stillness in the Wild
A calming, creative evening for grown-ups in nature

Take a deep breath. Feel the breeze. Let your hands meet clay and your mind begin to slow.

Join us for Stillness in the Wild — a peaceful evening of nature, calm and creativity. We’ll begin with a gentle walk to the orchard, where Emma from .bear.hypnotherapy will guide a grounding meditation inspired by the surroundings. Afterwards, we’ll meander through the gardens to the Mini Nature Artists Garden to explore clay using natural textures and treasures.

What a great couple of weeks for Forest Medical training. 74 new first aiders trained. 1 new trainer coming onboard. New kit ordered and 3 new companies. So grateful it’s all growing so well.
