This was me 5 years ago.
Yesterday, I had the pleasure of popping in to see the latest cohort of trainee doulas. They were one short for the 'listening' exercise, so I joined in. You have to talk for 4 mins about something you would like to change in your life. 5 years ago, I was in a very different place, a very hard place. There was so much that needed to change, my career, my relationship, I could go on. 4 mins was definitely not enough time!!
Yesterday, I honestly couldn't think of a single thing I wanted to change. I have a job I love, with an amazing business partner, my family are all happy and well, my home is beautiful, and my dog is adorable 🐶
This is a massive shout out to my tribe, for pulling me through. You know who you are 🙏❤️
I can honestly say I am the happiest and most content I have ever been. If anything, a little work on the dogs recall would be good though 😅
