We would love for all of our staff to take part by wearing your Christmas Jumper to work on this day and sending in your pictures to us to share!

Please feel free to also get your service users involved if they are happy to join in 🙂

We will be donating to Save the Children, the link is below, so if you are able, please donate, every little helps!

We're taking part in Save the Children's Christmas Jumper Day on Thursday 11th December! Every pound we raise will give children in the UK and around the world the chance to grow up healthy and happy and change the future for good.

I am delighted to announce that employee of the month for Nov 2025 goes too Kaja!

Employee of the month July 2025 💚

Big shout out to Chloe Dawson, our Employee of the Month for July 2025! 🎉

Recently, Chloe went above and beyond when she found a guy who had fallen in the car park. She stayed with him, made sure he was okay, and reassured him before getting back to work. We even got a call from a member of the public praising her quick thinking and caring attitude — we are so proud of her , she truly embodies the values we stand for! 💚

Chloe has recently been promoted to Trainee Supervisor! Since taking on the new role, she’s been doing a great job showing responsibility, growth, and maturity. She’s also been helping out with new starters and always willing to lend a hand.

Today, our lovely service user enjoyed a special outing at a local café in St Helens, where she savored a delicious bacon sarnie and a comforting cup of tea. After her visit, she called us to share how much she enjoyed her time with her caring and attentive Carer Richard and absolutely sung his praises💖
