A supportive yoga workshop for body and mind
Women are increasingly being encouraged to embrace and celebrate a phase of life that can span up to a third of our lifetime.
Perimenopause, menopause and beyond are often described as puberty in reverse, a time that can leave us feeling unfamiliar in our own bodies, uncertain in our minds, or navigating life differently than before.
This gently supportive 2-hour workshop offers space to pause, reconnect and feel less alone.
At the Sandwich Yoga Shed, our session will include:
• breathing techniques to calm the nervous system or gently energise
• yoga practices to ease niggling aches, stiffness and tension
• evidence-based book, podcast and resource recommendations to support your own ongoing enquiry
• time for reflection, conversation and connection
The workshop will be followed by tea and snacks, allowing time to chat, ask questions and share experiences in a relaxed, welcoming setting.
Session length: 2 hours
Cost: £40 (includes a recording for future reference)
