So, we’re in the midst of all this talk of war and the negative energy that brings to our lives.
I don’t know enough about politics to stand up and fight against any of these ‘leaders’ and I wouldn’t want their jobs or to be who they are.
However, I know who I AM and I’m a helper, a carer and I know I’ve helped many others in their healing process during my 10 plus years of practicing Reiki. I know my place in this world and where I’m comfortable.
Thank Goodness for those who are more equipped to fight the bigger causes and be a voice for us all.
If only we could heal the world 🌎
We can do nothing single handedly, but we can make a difference in our small communities of like minded people.

PLEASE TAKE TIME TO READ- GROUNDING MATS -
we all know the best way to get grounded is to walk barefoot on the ground (sand, grass, concrete etc), but let’s face it, we don’t do it enough.

I’m all about the holistic approach, as you know. It’s not just the Reiki, the meditation, the natural remedies, the healthy eating, the exercising. It’s all that and more!

So, having long term fibromyalgia, I decided to research more ways of healing, or at least dealing with, the pain. I’ve also got a Medial Collateral Ligament injury.

This led me to an earthing or grounding mat/sheet. I’ve used it for just under a week now and, although my sleep has been very poor recently, I’ve been going into a deep, restful sleep and feel ready to get out of bed each morning. The swelling in my knee has reduced by about 80%!
It’s not all woo-woo! 💫🧙

The mat or sheet (I have both) plugs into the earthing part of your electrical outlet (no need to put the switch down as no electricity runs through it) and it grounds you, naturally.

Here we go with the facts:

‘Grounding appears to improve sleep, normalize the day–night cortisol rhythm, reduce pain, reduce stress, shift the autonomic nervous system from sympathetic toward parasympathetic activation, increase heart rate variability, speed wound healing, and reduce blood viscosity. A summary has been published in the Journal of Environmental and Public Health.4’

Dear clients/friends.
Many of you know that life threw me another curveball back in May; my biggest to date. My whole world changed in ten minutes.
I’ve been concentrating on my own healing from this tragic loss and quite rightly.
You, my friends and clients, have been understanding, supportive and amazing ❤️
I’ve been receiving more and more messages asking when or if I’ll be practicing again. You all know that I won’t give treatments unless I’m fully present for the client. I’m getting there.
I miss my practice and have missed seeing and supporting you all. I’m looking forward to hearing all about your summer 🌻
