No problem. I can help restore, balance and align your Chakras and energy.

Chakra (cakra in Sanskrit) means “wheel” and refers to energy points in your body. They are spinning disks of energy that correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our spiritual, emotional and physical well-being.

There are seven main chakras that run along your spine.

Each of these seven main chakras has a corresponding number, name, color, link to organs/structures of the body, specific area of the spine from the sacrum to the crown of the head, and health focus.

I help to balance your chakras by combining guided meditations, Reiki, Chakra Balance drum healing, using a pendulum and of course via your spine reflex on the feet.

I also offer Shamanic Munay-Ki Rites training which helps strengthen your energy field (and more)
