Physio/Rehab SHOULD NOT be exclusive of each other

Time after time I have that same conversations with clients that have been told to “take it easy” or “rest”

For some of us that’s all we need to hear to pull back and avoid stepping out of your comfort zone

Our mission is to keep people moving and rehab injuries so the don’t come back, so you have the freedom to not fear movements because you might get hurt.

The first, Thorough assessment & history, biomechanical examination, introduction of exercises

Session 2, gait analysis and further exercises to continue to help with the knee pain.

Following the sessions Sarah had clarity, structure and program allowing her to remain pain free and get more out of her training than before

Slow Down….. You’re only holding yourself back….

Time and time again people keep ignoring one of the biggest elements to seeing better results

It’s not your food

We compare far too much of our day to day lives.

This is the problem, our days vary so much that it’s detrimental to you to compare.

We all say we have the same 24 hours… but do we really?

Some people spend theirs managing chronic pain.
