These 4 moves solved my knee pain and many of my clients…..

Knee pain can b caused by many factors

A common factor is due to weak or underdeveloped calves

I’ll keep this simple….

The calves (gastrocnemius and soleus) support, stabilise the ankle, shin and knee….

If these are weak, then you’re likely to run in to trouble here.

The exercises:
1. Single leg Calf raise
2. Soleus March or Lunge with calf raise (Love this one for the ISO at the knee - great for runners knee)
3. Forward lean calf raise
4. Seated Calf Raise

Include this in your training or start to prevent or help with your knee pain

It’s time this changes.

You’ve heard it before:
“Just rest it for 6 weeks.”

Which really means:
I’m not sure how to fix this, so stop doing what hurts and hope it settles.

The problem?
Rest makes you weaker.
Less fit.
More likely to get injured again.

So you return to training or sport —
and the pain comes straight back.

This cycle needs to stop.
There is always a way to build strength, maintain fitness, and move toward being pain-free.

A clear plan is the difference between progress and staying stuck.

Fear isn’t keeping you safe. It’s keeping you stuck.

Injury fear doesn’t protect your body.
It feeds anxiety — and kills progress.

Most people aren’t scared because they’re weak.
They’re scared because they have no structure.

No plan → no progress
