What if the “perfect time” you’re waiting for never comes?

How many times have you said to yourself “I’ll start Monday”.

I know I did and still do…..

We convince ourselves that tomorrow will be better, that once we feel stronger, lighter, or more confident — then we’ll begin.

But waiting doesn’t bring us closer. It only keeps us in the same place which is infuriating

When I started, I wasn’t ready. I was overweight, unsure, and far from the version of myself I thought I needed to be. But that first step opened the door.

Over time, I built strength, shape, and eventually found a balance that fit my life.

Do I hold that physique thats in the picture, no, not currently……

That’s how growth works. Your journey shifts as you move. Goals change, priorities evolve, and the picture of “success” looks different than you imagined.

The only thing that truly matters? Starting. Not perfectly. Not someday. Just today.

I see it all the time.

People showing up, doing the work, hitting their sessions… but progress feels stuck.

The missing link?

It’s not always the program.

It’s often the fuel.

Every workout or rehab session creates micro-damage in your tissues.

That’s part of the process—break down to build back stronger.

But your body can’t rebuild without the right building blocks.

When nutrition is off, you risk:

One pop. And suddenly… I wasn’t me anymore.”

An injury doesn’t just damage your body — it can tear apart who you think you are.

In 2016, one bad tackle ripped my bicep… and my identity.
I went from “the guy with the big arms” to “Nemo.”
I laughed it off, but the truth? It hit me hard.

The physical recovery was tough.
The mental recovery was tougher.

9 years later, the arms aren’t identical — but the strength, confidence, and identity are back.

From “I might have to pull out” ➡️ to a Marathon PB 🏅

Exactly a year ago, Tom came to see us with intense foot pain from running. Walking was tough, and Berlin Marathon was looking like it might be off the cards entirely.

After a few targeted sessions tackling the root cause (plantar fasciitis) with mobility, strength work, and progressive rehab, we kept him on track with training—pain managed, confidence back.

Result? Marathon completed. Personal best achieved.

Summer Skool: “What happens when we tear a muscle” 🤔
Most people think a muscle tear means the whole thing has “snapped.”
Reality? It’s usually tiny fibres inside the muscle that are damaged. #

Here’s the 3-phase healing process your body goes through:

1️⃣ Inflammation – Blood and immune cells rush in to clean up damaged tissue.
2️⃣ Repair – Collagen acts like scaffolding, bridging the gap between torn fibres.
3️⃣ Remodelling – With smart rehab, fibres realign and get stronger than before.

Key takeaway: Rest is important early on… but too much rest = messy healing.
Movement (done right) is what tells those fibres how to rebuild.

Save this if you’re rehabbing an injury or working with clients.

This photo looked like a moment of peace.

In reality, it was the day everything changed.

I’d just lost a major opportunity I’d worked relentlessly for.
I felt used, lost, and unsure of what came next.

That moment on the sofa—barely speaking, barely moving—was the wake-up call.
I realised I’d been chasing other people’s visions at the cost of time with the people who matter most.

So I asked myself:
What if I backed myself? What if I built something on my own terms?

It was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made.
It’s also been the most rewarding.

I still don’t know what the end of this journey looks like…
But I know I’m on the right path.
