Self care is so important and no one ever regrets taking time out of their day for the break from the busyness of everyday life.
If you feel in need of some time out I have the following sessions available:
Wednesday 13th May - 11am/12.30pm
Friday 15th May 9.15am
Tuesday 19th May - 10am or 1pm
Friday 5th June - 11am
Wednesday 10th June - 10am
