I have been qualified and practising as a beauty and holistic therapist since 2004, i worked at Celtic Haven Spa as a Senior Therapist and Spa manager, and have been running my own business since 2009! I taught holistic therapies part time at Pembrokeshire College for the last 12 years as well as offering therapies at my home and as a mobile therapist. I am currently an ad hoc holistic therapy tut

I offer a wide range of holistic and beauty spa therapies in my garden room which has a calming and peaceful vibe and induced with energy healing, which I practice daily on myself and clients. I am also able to come to your home or holiday home and offer all my therapies, this seems popular with hen and birthday parties having an ‘ at home spa day/ evening’. I continually train in new therapies and attend conferences and workshops to update my skills and knowledge in the beauty and holistic industry, most recently Cancer care therapies, mindfulness, meditation, facial reflexology and zone face lift. I initially studied Sports Science at Glamorgan University and am able to merge all my skills together and offer health, fitness and wellbeing advice to clients alongside their treatments. I have also completed a level 3 in counselling skills which has improved my client care skills and feel more confident in supporting clients that may have mental health issues.

🌞 Summer Solstice Ritual

A Moment of Light, Gratitude, and Renewal



🔆 What You’ll Need:
• Candle (gold, yellow, or white)
• Small mirror or reflective surface
• Journal or notebook
• Fresh seasonal flowers or herbs (lavender, rosemary, or St. John’s Wort)
• Optional: Sun symbol, crystal (citrine or sunstone)



🌅 1. Set the Space
• Find a quiet spot outdoors or by a sunny window.
• Arrange your items into a simple altar.
• Light your candle to honor the Sun’s peak power.



✍️ 2. Journal Prompts

Take a few moments to reflect and write:
• What am I most grateful for right now?
• What in me is ready to shine more boldly?
• What do I want to nurture during the second half of the year?



🪞 3. Mirror Meditation

Hold or gaze into the mirror. Say aloud or silently:

“I honor the light within me, as it reflects the light above.
I shine with purpose, clarity, and love.”

Feel your inner radiance glowing outward.



🌿 4. Offer to the Earth
• If outside: place a flower or herb on the ground with thanks.
• If inside: place it under your pillow for a blessing in dreams.

Say:

“With gratitude, I offer this to the turning of the year.
May the seeds I plant now grow in joy and light.”



🕯️ 5. Close the Ritual

Blow out your candle slowly and with intention.
Let the warmth linger as a reminder of your light.

My Story

I have been qualified and practising as a Beauty and Holistic therapist since 2004, I worked at Celtic Haven Spa as a Senior Therapist and Spa manager, and have been running my own business since 2009!

I am currently teaching Holistic therapies part time at Pembrokeshire College as well as offering beauty and holistic therapies at my home and as a mobile therapist. I continually train in new therapies and attend conferences and workshops to update my skills and knowledge in the Beauty and Holistic industry.

I have also studied Level 4 Sports massage and hope to complete my Fitness Instructor qualification in the next year to broaden my knowledge of sport, nutrition and fitness. I initially studied Sports Science at Glamorgan University and am excited to merge all my skills together and offer health and fitness advice to clients alongside their treatments.

I am constantly completing CPD to keep my skills up to date, including Warm bamboo, Cupping and Myofascial massage techniques, Pregancy massage and Reflexology for Conception to name afew that I have completed this year. I am also studying Oncology Massage in the near future so i am able to safely treat clients with Cancer or in remission.
