Massage therapy specialist, reflexology, reiki, holistic facials and cancer care therapies
I have been qualified and practising as a beauty and holistic therapist since 2004, i worked at Celtic Haven Spa as a Senior Therapist and Spa manager, and have been running my own business since 2009! I taught holistic therapies part time at Pembrokeshire College for the last 12 years as well as offering therapies at my home and as a mobile therapist. I am currently an ad hoc holistic therapy tutor at Taylored For You beauty academy in Llantrisant, and offer workshops locally in various therapies. I offer a wide range of holistic and beauty spa therapies in my garden room which has a calming and peaceful vibe and induced with energy healing, which I practice daily on myself and clients. I am also able to come to your home or holiday home and offer all my therapies, this seems popular with hen and birthday parties having an ‘ at home spa day/ evening’. I continually train in new therapies and attend conferences and workshops to update my skills and knowledge in the beauty and holistic industry, most recently Cancer care therapies, mindfulness, meditation, facial reflexology and zone face lift. I initially studied Sports Science at Glamorgan University and am able to merge all my skills together and offer health, fitness and wellbeing advice to clients alongside their treatments. I have also completed a level 3 in counselling skills which has improved my client care skills and feel more confident in supporting clients that may have mental health issues.

Beloved Divine Source,
Sacred Creator of life,
Holy fire that lives within my breath,
I stand at the gateway of transformation.
The year of the Snake has prepared me.
It has stripped me.
It has refined me.
It has awakened my truth.
Now I call forth the Fire Horse.
( pause, breathe deeply )
Spirit of courage,
Spirit of freedom,
Spirit of unstoppable life force,
Come ride with me.
Ignite my body with sacred passion.
Ignite my heart with fearless love.
Ignite my voice with truth and power.
I release hesitation.
I release fear of being seen.

Like the Fire Horse,

🐍 Invocation to Close the Year of the Snake
Beloved Spirit,
Sacred Mother, Sacred Father,
Divine Source that lives within and around me,
I stand at the threshold of endings and beginnings.
Tonight I honour the Year of the Snake.
The year of shedding.
The year of truth.
The year of deep transformation.
I thank the wisdom of the serpent
For every lesson, every awakening, every moment of growth.
For the times I was stripped bare.
For the illusions that fell away.
For the strength I did not know I carried.
I honour the skins I have shed.
The old identities,
The fears,
The patterns,
The attachments that no longer serve my highest path.
With gratitude, I release them now.

As the snake leaves behind what is outgrown,

It’s been a journey 🤍
It’s not always been easy for me, I’ve had to pick myself up so many times, but each time made me stronger and wiser.

I have also studied Level 4 Sports massage and hope to complete my Fitness Instructor qualification in the next year to broaden my knowledge of sport, nutrition and fitness.
I initially studied Sports Science at Glamorgan University and am excited to merge all my skills together and offer health and fitness advice to clients alongside their treatments.
I am constantly completing CPD to keep my skills up to date, including Warm bamboo, Cupping and Myofascial massage techniques, Pregancy massage and Reflexology for Conception to name afew that I have completed this year. I am also studying Oncology Massage in the near future so i am able to safely treat clients with Cancer or in remission.
I am a spiritual person, with some of my life’s motto being ‘you only live once’, ‘everything happens for a reason’ and ‘trust the process’. I am completing my Meditiaion Diploma at the moment and am hoping to complete a Mindfullness Diploma and Counselling qualification this year also.
As a therapist, I treat my clietns holistically, whether they are having a Beauty treatment, Reflexology or healing, by getting to know that person and guiding them with aftercare and lifestyle advice to improve their mind, body and spirit.
