💙 WOW!!
What a weekend! I hardly took any photos because I was allowing myself to be in it!!

💙So much hard work went in to make this festival happen and during it to run so smoothly! The family .wild.retreat smashed it and I’m honoured to be a part of it!

💙I held a beautiful session and look at this little soul loving the drum vibrations ✨Also loved wearing this suite. Soooo comfy!

💙We are in a space if growth, change and expansion! I’m here for it let’s Manifest more! 😜

💙I’m taking a few days away.
Time to ground, honour what I need, slow my mind and breathe.
-
💙I have had so much going on behind the scenes recently, so many decisions to make, so much trust to find. I found myself overwhelmed, heading to burn out and not being able to see my light.
Don’t get me wrong there have been amazing things happening too!

💙So I’m grateful for this time, this break to ground and re-centre.
For my people who allow me to vent, to sob, to hold me, to help me find my light again. You know who you are. (Surely you do! You’ve witness this!🤣)

💙So bear with me. I’ll be back in full force soon.

💙WOW what a magical, beautiful evening we had with our Cacao, Sounds & Ecstatic Dance event at the Wild wood in .wild.retreat

🌳We were held grounded by the land and yet alive with energy. We journeyed through Mantra, Cacao, Sound, movement & dance.
-
🕺🏼So beautiful to watch people step out their comfort zones with a sudden light filling them as they moved their own bodies and relaxed!

✨Blessed to be able to hold these events, watch and guided people to feel joy once again!
