💙I’m not really a ‘New Year’ person but as I look back at the last 12 months I take a long breath and think to myself, ‘ok that’s done, that has been and is no more. I am ready for new and to get back on my path! To rise with courage & a fresh sense of worth. I am loved, I can only do what I can do & I have the promise of today.’

💙Thank you to everyone that crossed my path, that taught me a lesson, that showed me the light when I needed it, that trusted me and that came to any of my events or sessions.

💙I hold my circle of loved ones close to my heart, a small circle but my truth, my go to, my soul family.

💙 As you step into this next cycle, take a long slow breath and stand tall with courage and love in your heart, surround yourself with the right vibration, those you know you are your truth with. This next cycle is yours to ride, with a fresh start, passion, growth & opportunities.

💙What a magical and beautiful evening to close for 2025. A full house.

💙Calling in lady cacao, she worked her magic to soften and open continued to wow and ignite the soul and the energy and love surrounded us.

💙My heart was full as worked along side me offering Rose Reiki and holding a safe space for our community.

💙Grateful for the beautiful words spoken by all that joined. It was truly felt.

A small child and a big horse meeting not through eyes,
but through the soul.

Animals never make mistakes about people.
They don’t care about status, appearance, or conditions.
They simply sense who carries kindness within them.

And when a horse gently touches a child like this…
it’s a sign that love and goodness are a silent language
understood by all living beings.

For the month of October I joined the team at for their amazing, award winning Pumpkin Patch!

💙🧡And I LOVED it! Outside everyday, getting muddy, keeping super busy & meeting some beautiful people. Oh & the daily steps were insane 🤣 I will actually miss it!
