🌟 Full-Time Counter Assistant Wanted 🌟

Village Pharmacy is looking for a dedicated and flexible Counter Assistant to join our team! This is a full-time position requiring flexibility with working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with queries and purchases
• Handing out prescriptions to patients while maintaining strict patient confidentiality
• Stocking shelves and managing inventory
• General cleaning to maintain a tidy and organized workspace
• Delivering excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, professional, and approachable attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work accurately and pay attention to detail
• Flexibility and reliability to meet the demands of the role
• A willingness to learn and follow procedures carefully
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
• An understanding of the importance of patient confidentiality
• Good organizational skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
• Prior customer service experience is helpful but not essential

Experience in a pharmacy or retail setting is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
