Congratulations to our fabulous physio Emily on completing the Brighton Marathon today. Finishing in a fantastic time of 4 hours 47 minutes.

Emily’s been managing knee pain for the past few weeks, which we’ve been supporting and treating here in the clinic between us all. She’s a lucky one 😆 unfortunately the knee was niggling from 6 miles but she kept going and made it across the finish line.

Emily was running for the Alzheimer’s Society and raised £625 for the cause. A great effort and a brilliant achievement. Well done Emily! We are all super proud of you!

🎄 Sawbridgeworth Lights Switch-On Tonight! 🎄
We’ll be out on the high street from 4–6pm, spreading a bit of festive cheer ✨

Myla has been very busy blowing up balloons for all the little folk… although as you’ll see in the video, a few didn’t quite go to plan and decided to take flight around the room 🎈😂

What a weekend at Swim Serpentine in London!

Geoff took on the iconic 1-mile lap of the Serpentine in Hyde Park, London – and not only completed it, but absolutely smashed it! Out of thousands of entrants, Geoff crossed the line in 22 minutes 25 seconds, finishing 1st in his category, 1st in gender, and 1st overall. 🥇

A huge achievement in such a prestigious open water event – we couldn’t be prouder! 👏💪

Special shoutout to the family cheering him on from the sidelines ❤️

⛸️ Ice skates on a balance pad… why not!

Strong ankles = strong foundation.

Ankle instability is common in young athletes, especially those with hypermobility. We love making rehab sports-specific, but safety always comes first. That means careful progressions, close supervision, and adapting exercises so athletes can build strength and stability in the safest way possible.

If strong ankles are needed on the ice, we’ll prepare for them — in skates — while protecting joints, preventing falls, and keeping rehab controlled every step of the way!

A huge thank you to for hosting us at Sawbridgeworth Tennis Club and giving Team Choice Physio an awesome introduction to Pickleball! 🎾🎾

We swapped rehab for rallies and had an absolute blast learning the game — with plenty of laughs, a bit of healthy competition, and even the odd accidental smash

It was the perfect way to unwind, connect as a team, and try something new. We might not be pros just yet… but we’re definitely hooked!
