Choice Physio offers home visit physiotherapy for anyone who is struggling to get out of the house due to mobility issues, age related concerns, or injury.

Our experienced physiotherapists, Emma and Holly, can visit care homes or private homes to provide professional physiotherapy treatment in the comfort of your own surroundings.

Whether you or a loved one need help with:

• building strength and confidence
• recovering after an injury
• reducing pain and stiffness
• rehabilitation at home

we are here to help.

What a weekend at Swim Serpentine in London!

Geoff took on the iconic 1-mile lap of the Serpentine in Hyde Park, London – and not only completed it, but absolutely smashed it! Out of thousands of entrants, Geoff crossed the line in 22 minutes 25 seconds, finishing 1st in his category, 1st in gender, and 1st overall. 🥇

A huge achievement in such a prestigious open water event – we couldn’t be prouder! 👏💪

Strong ankles = strong foundation.

Ankle instability is common in young athletes, especially those with hypermobility. We love making rehab sports-specific, but safety always comes first. That means careful progressions, close supervision, and adapting exercises so athletes can build strength and stability in the safest way possible.

If strong ankles are needed on the ice, we’ll prepare for them — in skates — while protecting joints, preventing falls, and keeping rehab controlled every step of the way!

A huge thank you to for hosting us at Sawbridgeworth Tennis Club and giving Team Choice Physio an awesome introduction to Pickleball! 🎾🎾

We swapped rehab for rallies and had an absolute blast learning the game — with plenty of laughs, a bit of healthy competition, and even the odd accidental smash

It was the perfect way to unwind, connect as a team, and try something new. We might not be pros just yet… but we’re definitely hooked!
