A huge thank you to for hosting us at Sawbridgeworth Tennis Club and giving Team Choice Physio an awesome introduction to Pickleball! 🎾🎾

We swapped rehab for rallies and had an absolute blast learning the game — with plenty of laughs, a bit of healthy competition, and even the odd accidental smash

It was the perfect way to unwind, connect as a team, and try something new. We might not be pros just yet… but we’re definitely hooked!

We’re bursting with pride seeing so many of our incredible clients cross the finish line at the 2025 London Marathon – each one of you a true inspiration.

Whether it was your first marathon or your sixty fifth, the dedication, determination, and pure joy on your faces say it all. We’ve loved being part of your journey and seeing you power through the miles – and the medals are so well deserved!

We stepped away from our busy clinic diaries to share our go-to breathing techniques with each other.
