Hypothermia happens when the body loses heat quicker than it can produce it and it can strike in minutes. Here’s what to look for and how to help ⬇️

⚠️ Signs of Hypothermia:
Uncontrollable shivering
Cold, pale skin
Slurred speech
Confusion or drowsiness
Slow breathing or weak pulse

🆘 First Aid Tips — What To Do:
Move the person to a warm, sheltered place
Remove any wet clothing
Warm them gradually using blankets, dry layers, or body heat
Offer warm (not hot) drinks if they’re alert
Call 999 if symptoms are severe or not improving
Never use direct heat (like hot water bottles on bare skin) — it can cause shock
