Talk2Change Aneta Abbott Hi I'm Aneta Abbott and I'm a certified therapist specialised in CBT and a member of BABCP.

I'm offering personal care services where I combine all my knowledge and skills. I created Talk2Change to help people because I know, on my own example, how hard it is to find someone who would. The first session is always free, it's purpose is for me to familiarise myself with you and what kind of support you need. The best thing about Talk2Change is that you are at your own house, where you feel comfortable and safe. Although these services will be payable I want to offer emergency session for people in distress, going through a trauma and having financial difficulties – known as pro bono cases. All services will be provided in English or Polish language – as preferred.
