First Recertification Trainer Programme of the New NAPPI 2026 cycle complete!

Our Onsite Trainers ready to deliver in-house NAPPI courses to their own staff teams for another year.

Special thanks to the NAPPI Team for all their efforts in the background prepping for the delivery of our new and updated content being rolled out for the first time.

Excellent finish to a MASSIVE Trainer's week in York.
This was our first Open Trainers Programme of 2026. With 20 New On-site NAPPI Trainers, ready to roll out NAPPI Level 1 training to their own staff teams.

👥The week was hosted by NAPPI Team of Emily, Jay and Carys.

👥 Assessment and IQA by Liz, Andy, Emma & Scott

👥 NAPPI uk Team Chris and Tony closed the course with a session, journeying through Tony's Lived Experience of being supported by the NAPPI PBS Model.

Its all go this morning as the first New Level 1 NAPPI Trainers Programme gets underway in York.

The Programme is hosted by NAPPI Team of Emily, Jay and Carys. They will lead the group of 20 New Onsite Trainers, giving them the knowledge and skills to deliver NAPPI Positive Behaviour Support workshops across the own organisations.

Looking forward to a lot of hard work and effort over the next five days.

NAPPI Positive Behaviour Support Model

Book Now for Remote Delivery in 2026

The NAPPI Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Model training is delivered over six-hours, via Remote Delivery. NAPPI Remote Delivery differs from conventional e-learning as groups engage with a live delivery. A virtual classroom is accessed by participants who interact with the trainer (and each other) throughout. This is the perfect solution and is very cost effective for small groups.

Open courses are delivered over two consecutive mornings, two x 90-minute blocks to minimise screen time for your employees and for our trainers. Closed courses (for your staff only) can be delivered to meet your preference.
