A Shay fará sessões específicas de padwork para todos os interessados. Trata-se de um treino divertido e enérgico com luvas de boxe e almofadas que dura cerca de 40 minutos. As sessões podem ser 1-1 com o Shay ou 2-1, em que tu e um amigo podem participar juntos enquanto o Shay dá instruções.
