Recoverying from injury can be a big challenge for some. It's a time where alot of patience is needed. A big part of recovery can be building back strength, strength is something to be nutured and changes. It needs to adapt to the whole person, shifting with and adapting to life stressors. Ultimately it has to be responsive otherwise their is no point to it. Rehabilitation is built in the adjustments, the setbacks, and the quiet, persistent work, don't give up because you don't see results in a week or 2.
