Feeling a bit sluggish? This gentle practice blends yoga for mobility with three simple weighted movements to support your hips, pelvis, and lower back. You only need one weight (or anything heavy you can hold with two hands - a full water bottle works perfectly).

No gym. No pressure. Just you, at home, doing something good for your body.

This practice is designed for:

→ Hip and pelvic stability
→ Core strength (the kind that actually supports your back)
→ A gentle energy boost without burning out

You'll need: A yoga mat and one weight (2-5kg kettlebell, dumbbell, or heavy household item)

And just like that, we’re welcoming Spring! The birds are chirping, the snowdrops have dropped and the daffs are showing their sunny little faces everywhere. And with it, a nice big exhalation.

The long winter months are behind us, and while some of us might feel ready to burst forth, others may still be feeling a little bit of fatigue. And that is OK too. A little bit of self-compassion goes a long way. So notice how you feel, and respond with care ❤️

We’re here to support you where you are!

Yin is a slow, passive, floor-based 30-min practice where postures are held for several minutes, giving your body time to release deep tension in the hips, spine, and shoulders. Supported with props and guided by gentle breath awareness, this is a practice of meeting your body where it is and letting it soften. No flexibility required - just a willingness to be still. Perfect for anyone with stiff, achy, or changing bodies who needs to slow down.

Mini Yin classes schedule (for the next 2 weeks, we’re testing new classes and choosing together what we keep):

Monday 2nd March, 7.15–7.45pm
Wednesday 4th March, 2–2.30pm
Thursday 12th March, 10–10.30am

We can’t wait to know what you think about the classes!

Back in January, we asked what you wanted from TFP.

And this is what we got:
89% of you prioritise joint mobility
79% want stress relief
71% want to build strength
More than half of you struggle with brain fog and mental clarity

So we listened and designed 4 brand new classes around your answers!

They’re all 30 minutes, they’re all open to everyone, and they’re running alongside your usual classes - so nothing you love is going anywhere.

This is a trial. We want to know what works, what doesn’t, and what you’d change. Show up, try something new, and tell us what you think. Your feedback will shape what stays on the timetable 💛

These new classes, marked as ‘Specials’, are running between March 2–13.

Please come to as many as you like! They’re all free and open to everybody. We’re very excited to see which ones you like the most and which we’ll keep as regular classes later.

Anxiety is not always a weakness.
As we get older, our hormones change, and sometimes anxiety is simply the body reacting to that.

A longer exhale helps activate the parasympathetic nervous system — the part of the body that signals safety.
Nothing magical here. Just chemistry.
And yes, ancient yogis knew this long before science explained it.

This is just one breathing technique. There are many more 🌿

In our 30 days of LIVE yoga classes, we learn simple tools every day to navigate daily stress and make life feel a little more pleasant.

If you've been waking up foggy, feeling heavy, unmotivated, or just a bit… flat - you're not lazy. Something real is happening in your body.

As oestrogen declines during perimenopause and menopause, so does our ability to produce dopamine and serotonin - the hormones that make us feel good, motivated, and clear-headed. No wonder it's hard to get going.

In Ayurveda, this heavy, stuck feeling is called tamasic energy. And the trick isn't to push harder - it's to add a little spark (rajas) to shift the energy.

We have a full video on YouTube with 3 very simple and really working things you can do to lift yourself up. Link in BIO.

Every year, I do a little Spring cleaning (and I'm usually really good at throwing stuff out!). However, I cannot seem to part with these two yoga mats. And every year… I postpone the decision 😅

What would you do?

05/02/2026

At our last retreat in October, we wrote Letters to Our Future Selves.
Little notes about our hopes, our dreams, and how we’d like to feel three months from now.

In yoga, this is called Sankalpa - a heartfelt intention.
What do we truly want, deep down in our hearts?
Taking time to reflect on it, sit with it, or even write it down helps plant a tiny seed of intention 🌱
And from there, everything we do begins to nourish that seed, allowing it to grow, blossom, and eventually bloom.

Even if you weren’t on retreat, writing a letter (or even an email!) to your future self is a beautiful practice.

We can't wait to see you at our next retreat in March! 💫
