Breath - Pilates for energy, Yoga for relaxation
Body - Pilates targets the core, Yoga is whole body
Spiritual - Pilates less so, Yoga more so
Flexibility - Pilates Yes, Yoga YES
Focus - Pilates strength, Yoga balance
That's very very broad and probably highly debatable, but gives you an idea of the difference and benefits. But! The benefits of practising both are huge. Improved posture, strength, balance, wellbeing, flexibility, weight control, toning... it is a long list.
All sessions will be beginner friendly until Christmas then one session (probably 7pm Wednesday) will become intermediate.
