NO! ❌ This kind of belief is being adopted by many women who start learning about the 4 menstrual cycle phases and how their emotional responses may shift throughout the month, *but aren’t learning to face their s**t and actually tune into their bodies!
Many women are going from complete disconnection - to using their menstrual cycle as an excuse for poor behaviour.
But this is just as much of an issue as ignoring your cyclical nature. 👉🏼 Because you’re still coming from a place of disempowerment, shame and resentment towards your body.
