The practice of mindfulness is a wonderful habit to adopt. It brings us back to the present moment, trains our mind to focus on the here and now, helps to release stress and worry and quietens the monkey mind.
Beneath the constant chatter of the mind is where the magic sits, Our soul knows the answers, it knows the way, but in order to hear it, yes, we need to quieten the monkey mind.
This is where rituals comes in. The ritual doesn't create the magic, you are the magic! everything you ever need is within yourself, ritual is just a way to access it.
So whether it is mindfulness, mediation, yoga, mediumship, manifestation, witchcraft or creating that you love to do, or are wanting to start this is in fact a ritual, something we do regular and dedicate our time to.
This will give you the focus and practice needed, then the clarity will start to flow, you'll start to hear your soul speak and then you'll see the magic that was living inside you all along.
Today, decide to focus on something and devote you and your time to it. It really can be the turning point for you and your practice ❤
