A recent comment with a member became a lovely recap of the past few months of 2025."I still can’t quite believe it — 3.5 stone gone in just 3 months! I have enjoyed reading the book and using the app, kept my focus even at tricky times and it’s really shown me what I could do after all. Over the past years to lose weight, I have finally got the plan that has worked out! I love Food Optimising, only 1 stone away from my goal weight!"
