I am really proud of my sister Sophie. This year she has passed her Hearing Care Assitant Course at Anglia Ruskin University. Today she has further trained and become competent in endoscopic ear wax removal. With more training already booked for her, I am confident she will continue to learn and expand her knowledge and patient care.

It’s great to get to work so closely with my sister, grow our bond and learn new skills together.

On behalf of Trousdale Ear Care and Sam Noble Eye Care we would like to welcome you to the Temperance Hall in Scalby on the 28th June between 11am and 1 pm.

Trousdale Ear Care are teaming up with Phonak to provide a FREE hearing assessment and with this (if appropriate) a chance to experience their latest hearing technology.

This is the Infinio Sphere - the world’s first hearing aid with a dedicated AI chip. It won a Gold Edison Award this year, for its impact.

They introduced the world’s first hearing aid with a dedicated AI chip. Fully automated to separate unwanted noise, allowing you to hear the best you can, even in the noisiest environments.

On the day Sam Noble Eye Care will have a selection of frames on display and be available to chat to.

My name is Alex.

I am an audiologist and the founder of Trousdale Ear Care.

Here I am at work. I love what I do! By helping people hear better, we reconnect them with the moments that matter.

I love it when people tell me they’re part of the conversation again!

Recently, someone told me they were able to hear everything at their daughter’s wedding. Another person said they were delighted to finally hear their grandchildren. Someone else shared that communication with their wife had never been better.

I’ve been doing this for over 20 years, and I’m still as passionate now as when I started. For me, it’s about helping people hear better and live more!
