This January, explore the imaginative world of artist Madison Parkin in the Library's Community Space.

Madison’s exhibition celebrates the magic of reading through artwork, zines, and creative workshops. It’s all about inspiring families to fall in love with stories, encouraging parents to read with their children, and helping kids unleash their imagination by building their own characters.

Visit the Library for a month of creativity and storytelling, perfect for anyone who loves books, art, and big ideas!

But if your child's feeling under the weather, it can sometimes be tricky to decide whether they should stay at home or not.

MMRV is now part of the NHS routine childhood vaccination programme, replacing the MMR vaccine.

It protects against measles, mumps, rubella and chickenpox.

Chickenpox is very common and can sometimes lead to serious complications, so vaccination helps reduce the risk of serious illness as children grow.

You don’t need to do anything — your GP will be in touch when your child is due.
