This essential, nationally recognised certification is perfect for complementary therapists and small business owners whose risk assessment requires a basic level of workplace first aid. Gain the knowledge and confidence to handle common emergencies calmly and effectively.

Qualification: Emergency First Aid at Work Level 3 (VTQ) (EFAW)

Date: Friday 7th November, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

What You Will Learn
This fully compliant course meets the requirements of the First Aid at Work regulations and includes the latest UK and European Resuscitation Council Guidelines (2021).
You will gain the skills and confidence to provide immediate care, including how to:
Understand the role and responsibilities of an Emergency First Aider.
Perform a thorough incident assessment.
Provide first aid to an unresponsive casualty (including Basic Life Support/CPR and how to use an AED—automated external defibrillator).
Assist a casualty who is choking or suffering from external bleeding.
Recognise and manage shock (including anaphylaxis).
Provide effective care for minor injuries.
