For anyone who is yet to try cupping, here is a great article that does a deep dive into what it is, the benefits, types etc.

The cupping style that I use is "dry" cupping (though will be used with oils & "running" cupping as explained in this article.

I used plastic cups with a gun that creates the suction, not glass cups with fire as per traditional Traditional Chinese Medicine, so there is no heat involved and I have the ability to alter the amount of suction to cater to comfort levels.

I'm a little obsessed with cupping as I see the amazing results that not only I get personally but what I see and hear from my clients.

Wowser, how are we on the downward slippery slope to Christmas? And because Christmas goes hand in hand with School holidays by availability is about to get a lot smaller.

I thought it best I write out my availabilities from now until school holidays begin & I'll try to keep it updated...
