Jane works with adults, young people (11+) and families, offering counselling, EMDR, Rewind Trauma Therapy and Animal Assisted Therapy. Her calm, compassionate approach supports people through anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement and more. 🐾

With her therapy animals by her side, Jane creates a safe, comforting space where healing feels natural and accessible. She also provides supervision for therapists and works both in Scarborough and online. 🐱

A genuinely caring practitioner helping people feel seen, supported and gently guided forward 💫

Therapy pup Molly is doing great. She’s has an amazing personality and loves people.
She had a turn of sitting with a client with Neenee last week and did great.
She’s such a good girl and is now 11 weeks old. Coco has taken up the role of childminder and Evie loves to play with her.
