After Florida theme‑park embarrassment – the ride safety bar didn’t close, Abby walked into her first Slimming World group and never looked back. She lost 4s t 7lbs (28.5kg) by embracing healthy, fake‑away meals, boosting her activity levels, and finding lifelong support in group 💪.
