St Catherine’s Hospice (Scarborough) Fund Raising Event organised by Filey Flithers Women’s Institute and delivered by Nick Butterworth – Skills2save Trainer (Royal Life Saving Society UK) at Filey Methodist Church.
A massive thank you to all the members of the National Federation of Women’s Institutes who attended and participated in the CPR & AED awareness training sessions, held Monday 9 June 2025 @ Filey Methodist Church. It was great to see members from Filey Flithers, Scarborough Sea Gals and Snainton Women’s Institute. The session was organised by Abbie Tillotson (Filey Flithers) and delivered by Nick Butterworth (skills2save UK). The fund-raising event raised £100 in aid of St Catherine’s Hospice (Scarborough) and aimed to refresh members Basic Life Support/ CPR skills offering insight to the use of Automated External Defibrillators.
