Every programme is personally designed for you by our trainers and is tailored to your needs, targeting the areas you want to. With over 25 classes per week ranging from peaceful Tai Chi to pulsating RPM on the spin bikes, or BodyPump with the latest Smart Bars and Smart Steps, you are bound to find a class that will enhance your fitness regime. Our classes are exclusive for members but at NO additional charge on top of your membership fee. To wind down, start your relaxation process with a visit to the serene atmosphere of the Crown Spa Retreat with a leisurely swim, followed by the delights of the large spa tub, sauna, sanarium, arctic ice room, steam room and retreat lounge where you can relax on a lounger and read today’s paper and lull yourself into a state of deep relaxation. To compliment your health goals, we are also home to Crown Spa Treatments where you can indulge in a variety of spa treatments to relax both your mind and body.
