Wow what a busy few weeks 😅 Thank you so much to all my new and regular clients. Helping people to get back into their sports or daily routines is so rewarding. Lets see what this rugby season brings 🫣🏉. I love my job!

Another busy weekend with clients. I’ve received alot of messages lately asking about cupping. Here are some pictures of what the cupping process looks like.

Does it hurt? Everyone’s different but it’s more of a nipping sensation initially than pain.

How long will I have marks for? These can vary on each individual but usually last up to 2 weeks.

Why are some marks darker than others? The darker the mark can indicate toxin accumulation or moderate/ severe stagnation.
