Hi everyone!
I’ve had a few communication hiccups recently, so I wanted to share the best ways to get in touch with me ❤️

1. Facebook Messenger (Business Page)
This is by far the best way to reach me. I check it regularly throughout the day, and Facebook gives me reminders if I miss a message—so it’s the most reliable option.

2. Text or Call (Work Phone: 07425 880193)
Feel free to text me on my work phone. If you prefer to call, that’s absolutely fine—just please leave a voicemail, as I’m usually busy treating clients and can’t always answer in the moment.

3. WhatsApp
There have been a few issues with WhatsApp recently, but fingers crossed they’re all sorted now. You're welcome to use it, just be aware there may still be the odd hiccup.

4. Instagram (Business Page)
I do check my business Instagram, but only occasionally—so please don’t use it for anything urgent.

Website Contact Form
If you contact me through my website, my reply might land in your spam folder. To avoid this, it really helps if you include your phone number in your message—then I can just send you a quick text instead 😊

A quick note about personal social media:
I don’t mind if you message me there, but if we’re not already connected, I often don’t see the message—or it gets buried among messages from friends and family. So it’s not the most reliable way to get a response!

** Just popping an edit on to say that I'm absolutely fine and I really appreciate the kind messages ❤️

Important Message

Hey everyone. Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant incident with a male client yesterday that has made me consider my safety down here at the salon. So, I'm going to be implementing some new changes - to do my best to keep myself safe!

From 1st August onwards, my new day off will be Monday instead of Wednesday. This means I'll be open at the same time as the other businesses around me, instead of the only open business in the area.

I'll be asking all new clients to fill in a full consultation form online BEFORE appointments using the link provided. If this isn't completed, appointments will be cancelled by me.

I'll be asking my lovely existing clients to ensure that contact details are fully up to date on my system and any changes are updated.

Thanks for your understanding with all of this. No existing appointments will be affected. I'm very lucky to have such a wonderful salon but I'm also incredibly isolated down here.

Unfortunately, it is the tiny minority that makes things difficult for everyone else xx

Woohoo! I'm on my holidays! 😎😎☀️☀️❤️❤️ I'm away from the salon now in gorgeous Fuerteventura until Monday 16th June. I'll be leaving my work phone at home, so I'll respond to any texts voicemails and messages when I get back. Try not to miss me too much and I'll see you all soon! 😘😘😘
