We had a great Health Hub session at Scarborough Library yesterday, with some meaningful conversations—listening to what really matters to people and supporting them to take positive steps for their health and wellbeing ❤️

We are very excited to announce we have become a CPD member and our Mental Health Awareness in the Workplace course will be an accredited CPD training course for those who need need CPD / Continual Personal Development hours.

We deliver locally and face to face so this might be for you.

If you are an employer who wants more confidence and knowledge about mental health in the Workplace get in touch.

Alternatively as an individual you may think your workplace would benefit, so why not ask your employer about us delivering a course for you.

We can deliver directly at your work place, or alternatively you can join one of our up coming courses.
