✨ This absolutely Devine Goddess turns 25 today!
She was my blessing I didn’t know I needed, 20 years old and she was my initiation into motherhood, she held space within my womb first, she swapped her life force with mine, her heartbeat within me.
Another daughter in the lineage line of the red thread…
The first granddaughter for my mother…
I knew she would be a girl she spoke to me from within..our souls have entwined on earth before this incarnation and I could feel that in my bones.
This girl initiated my body into womanhood, she taught me how to be patient and calm, she taught me how to be a mother.
Love spans beyond words and the vibrations I feel for this soul is immeasurable.

🌹 (maybe controversial) can we talk about the image of the woman in the wellness holistic world of 2026?
Diet culture has been around for ever and growing up as a teen in the 90s was brutal.. if you lived it you know 🙈

But have we really stretched far from it? The aesthetic of the white robed clad young woman with a perfect athletic body permeates through this culture.
Is there a feeling of less than, is there judgement on your health choices and place in this industry if you aren’t moulding the stereotype? If you host an event as a middle aged woman with a beautiful mamma tummy, hips and bum that barely fit onto the tiny yogi floor cushion…
A double chin… one that once held a violin and breasts that fed 3 children ..

How do we as women now understand the whack beauty standards we are upheld to esp now with the recent revealing of what the patriarchy actually expects from us and why, why as women do we forget the vuluptousness of the goddess of willendorf, why is every poster girl in this industry that of which so many women aren’t?
My story isn’t about being lazy, my body has been built on motherhood, grief, Rage, happiness and love ❤️ Art and music, singing and taking up space.
My womb sits in a belly that is no longer flat and that is my beauty, that is my anchor, I grew 4 babies, 3 are now women earth side.
I am no poster girl but I am womban, I move with my hips and adorn this body with flowers and furs, crystals and smiles…
So this is my gentle reassurance if you are in this world of spirituality wellness and healing, you are perfect no matter your hip size or if you can fit your beautiful bottom on a yogi sized cushion ❤️

This is absolutely no shade whatsoever to different body types this is just a reminder that it’s not a one size fits all and there is beauty in absolutely everyone of us no matter our shape and size .. we are a beautiful soul living in a human body and we deserve to be wherever we need to be 🌞

So today my beautiful tree that I see every morning and evening is being taken down 😭 She has fungus in her base which is making her unstable
She is the entrance to the park
She has kept me company through the rain, the wind the sunshine the spring blooms …. I call her the Yoni tree due to her trunk markings

My heart is slightly broken that she won’t be there by the end of the end of the week. They have said she will take 3 days to be taken down
