At Caring Kind Home Care, we’re often asked about personal care support - and we want to be open and transparent about how we work 💛
As a company, we currently provide companionship and support services and are not registered to deliver personal care.
This means we do not provide or manage personal care as a business.
However, what makes our approach unique is our team.
All of our support workers also work on a self-employed basis in their own right. As families get to know and build trust with their support worker through Caring Kind Home Care, strong and familiar relationships naturally develop over time.
If personal care is ever required, families may choose to make their own private, direct arrangements with an individual support worker. Any such arrangements are entirely separate from Caring Kind Home Care and are not provided, arranged, or managed by the company.
✨ The beauty of this model is:
• You get to know your support worker first
• Trust and consistency are built naturally over time
• You are supported by a small, familiar team, so cover is always available when needed
• We ensure continuity through a team approach, including holidays or time off
• Ongoing companionship and support can continue through Caring Kind Home Care
Our aim is to provide consistent, relationship led support that families can rely on, while still giving flexibility if care needs change over time.
We’ve found this works incredibly well - families feel more in control, and the people we support receive care from familiar faces they know and trust.
Our small, dedicated team means we can offer continuity, flexibility, and genuinely person centred support, without losing what matters most - kindness, connection, and dignity.
