Breatheasy at ABC

Breatheasy at ABC BreathEasy at Albemarle Baptist Church is a support group for people suffering from lung-related conditions, as well as their friends and carers.

We support anyone with a lung-related condition from asthma to COPD and many, many more. We meet on the third Friday of every month at 2pm. we are a relaxed and welcoming group where your friends, relatives and carers are also welcome to come along to share information relating to your condition. We usually have a quiz and a speaker. The pulmonary nurse and physiotherapists often attend to give he

alth advice and teach management techniques. Whatever we do, your health condition is taken into account. Why not come along and share your experiences?

THE BEREAVEMENT JOURNEY course starts again this evening at 5pm. It will run for 6 weeks every Wednesday at Albemarle Baptist Church.
